Our mission is to provide a healthy, safe, and educational place for patients to procure and learn more about their medicine. We believe in a “quality over quantity” philosophy. That is, that the highest quality medicine will work most effectively, and less quantity will be needed.

The Berkeley Patient’s Care Collective has been providing safe access to high quality medical cannabis since 2001. We exclusively provide medicine for patients qualified under California Health & Safety code 11362.5 (Proposition 215 and SB 420). To use our facility, you must have a current and verifiable recommendation for the medical use of cannabis from a registered California physician or be a currently valid caregiver. You must also have proof of identity and California residency, such as a California driver’s license or state ID card.
